Meet Jason

Jason has been a resident of Pontotoc County for 33 years and has served in law enforcement for over 28 years.  He and his wife, Wendy, have been married for 20 years and have three beautiful daughters, a wonderful son-in-law, and two perfect grandchildren.  Jason and Wendy are members of Crosspointe Church.

Jason is passionate about domestic violence/sexual assault victim advocacy, law enforcement officer mental health, and partnering with all law enforcement agencies to provide the best service for the citizens of Pontotoc County.

He is known for his ability to relate to others, his solution-oriented attitude, and his ability to bring people together for a common cause. 

Over 28 years, he has been an integral part of the community and has many accomplishments, including:

  • Ada Police Department (Ret.) 26 years
  • CLEET: Chief of Operations and Compliance Manager 2 years
  • 2009 Graduate FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA
  • 2018 Attorney General's Office Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award for Excellence in Action Against Domestic Violence
  • 2023 Pontotoc County Drug Free Partner of the Year
  • 1995 East Central University Graduate: Criminal Justice
  • Graduate of the Inaugural COPS Program at ECU
  • Camp Goddard Counselor 19 years
  • Polar Plunge Team Captain 5 years
  • Member Crosspointe Church
  • Numerous Ada Police Department Commendations
  • Community Events: Christmas with a Cop; Coffee with a Cop
